Hello and Welcome! I’m Ida Sweetwater, an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist with a Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology from Azusa Pacific University. I provide a warm, welcoming, and judgment-free space where clients feel heard, valued, and supported. I work with individuals, adolescents, couples, and families experiencing anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, life transitions, and grief. I am Gottman Method Level 1 (Couples)and Prepare/Enrich trained (Premarital), with a special interest in helping couples strengthen communication and connection. As a Christian therapist and mom of teenagers, I bring warmth, compassion, and authenticity to my work. Outside of therapy, I enjoy hiking, roller coasters, spending time with family, and participating in my Native American cultural dances. I look forward to supporting you on your healing journey and helping you feel more connected, hopeful, and empowered along the way.
