O&A Youth exists to be ORIGINAL&AUTHENTIC in Community, OPEN&ALIVE in our worship, and go OVER&ABOVE in how we serve.
We believe in the power of multi-generational worship & love that our Youth worship on the weekend with Adults.
We also gather once a month for ONE NIGHTS and weekly for CITY NIGHTS. Our Youth from all campuses come to worship & grow in their faith together.
We believe our Youth grow best in the context of deep, meaningful relationships & community.

First Wednesday of the Month at 7pmSan Dimas, West Covina & Rancho Campuses
We challenge students to invite their one lives to ONE NIGHT. It is a night packed with fun, a message, high energy worship and a special event after service each month! We believe students encounter Jesus in a service or a moment but they engage with God in the context of community! So ONE NIGHT is all about helping youth take their next steps in their faith journey.
Community Groups are the heartbeat of our ministry! We genuinely believe that life change happens best in the combination of relationships and next steps! We want students to know they matter, have value and help them take their next step towards looking more like Jesus! This will always happen best in the context of community!
All Campuses for grades 6th-12th. Wednesdays at 7pm (excluding ONE Night).

When it comes to student ministries at ONE&ALL, we have a simple formula that we have seen work over and over. Here it is: A caring adult + a student = great stuff. It’s not magic, but we know it works! We know that when a caring adult is involved in the life of a student, great stuff happens. Will you consider being one of those caring adults? Our team would love to have you join us! (By the way, we believe that you are never too old for student ministry!)
