Official Trip Dates to be announced! Our time in Rome will provide the opportunity to experience ministry in one of Europe’s most historically significant and spiritually diverse cities. As we partner with local missionaries and churches, we’ll engage in prayer, relational evangelism, and community outreach while learning how long-term missionaries faithfully serve people from many different cultures and backgrounds. Rome offers a unique opportunity to see how the gospel is shared in a place shaped by deep religious history while also facing the realities of an increasingly secular culture. Rather than focusing only on activities, we’ll learn to notice where God is already at work and join Him through intentional conversations, hospitality, and prayer.
This trip is about much more than serving abroad—it’s an invitation to allow God to shape us from the inside out. Throughout these two weeks, we’ll intentionally create space to deepen our relationship with Christ through daily Scripture, prayer, reflection, worship, and team debriefs. As we step outside of our normal routines, we’ll be challenged to grow in dependence on the Holy Spirit, humility, flexibility, and love for people. My hope is that every member of the team returns not only with meaningful ministry experiences, but with a deeper intimacy with Jesus, a greater understanding of His heart for the nations, and practical rhythms for living as everyday disciple-makers wherever God has placed them. This isn’t simply a mission trip—it’s an opportunity for God to form us as we participate in His mission.

Important Information:
An interview is required for all applicants. If you are selected to be part of a team, attendance at all team trainings and the Global Teams Retreat are mandatory. Due to the limited space, serious commitments only.
Trip Cost: $5000/person. Cost of this trip covers the outreach projects, meals, flights, transportation, lodging, and more.
The Team will meet prior to trip and are encouraged to fundraise together (details to come after team placement)

All donations are made to the team, not the individual. If the trip is canceled or the team member decides they can no longer participate on the trip, all funds will be used to support of ONE&ALL Outreach and will not be "rolled over" to a future trip or refunded.
