LeadCon is a one-day conference is designed to inspire, equip, and mobilize disciples through powerful speakers and curated breakout sessions that will help you have greater impact in your mission field and call others to deeper service in the Kingdom. LeadCon is a tool in our discipleship movement that we have been called to as a church to equip in the development of leaders who will advance the cause of Christ both locally and globally.

Pastor Dawn Jackson

Founder of Dawn Jackson Coaching and Wayfaring Adventures.

Offers faith-based coaching for life, leadership and spiritual formation. Dawn is also a teaching pastor at ONE&ALL Church and a member of the Propel Women coaching team. Prior to this, she served thirty-three years on staff at a local church in Southern California serving in youth, small groups, leadership development and executive leadership. She is passionate about supporting people in a deeper love for Jesus and the development of their leadership gifts. Outside of ministry, Dawn can be found running, hiking and backpacking the trails of California.

Dr. Larry Acosta

Executive Director/Multiethnic Church Planting Catalyst at City to City Los Angeles

Larry Acosta is a visionary leader and pioneer in urban ministry. He founded the Hispanic Ministry Center, Urban Youth Workers Institute (UYWI), and KIDWORKS—organizations dedicated to empowering at-risk youth and equipping the next generation of urban church leaders. Under his leadership, UYWI grew from a local ministry to a national movement, training ethnic pastors and leaders in over 32 U.S. cities.

Today, Larry serves as Executive Director and Lead Catalyst of City to City Los Angeles, spearheading a bold vision to plant 100 multiethnic, Gospel-centered churches across Southern California by 2026—55 of which have already launched since 2021.

A graduate of Biola University and Talbot School of Theology, Larry holds a doctorate in Leadership Development from Fuller Seminary. He also serves on the boards of Kingdomworks SDG and Azusa Pacific University. Larry and his wife Jayme have been married for 34 years and are proud parents of four young adults: Brock, Karis, Malia, and Diego.
