Leading from Acceptance, Not for Acceptance

Speaker: Sam Song, COO, City to City LA
Being Offered: Session 1 & 3
What does the Gospel make possible in your life, your home, and your calling? Too many leaders are building for approval — from their teams, their churches, their networks, even God. The result is leadership that is driven but depleted, busy but not free. This breakout is an invitation to something different. When the Gospel moves from theology to lived reality, it changes not just what you do — but why you do it. Leading from acceptance means you can take risks, tell the truth, and build something that actually lasts. We'll explore what it looks like to let the Gospel shape your life, your home, and your calling —and cast a vision for what it means to plant and lead a gospel expression from a place of freedom, not fear.

A Sabbath Way for Leaders: How to Lead for a Lifetime

Speaker: Dr. Mike Medieros, Leadership Development Pastor, Cornerstone Bible Church
Being Offered: Session 1 & 3
Leadership is deeply meaningful, but it can also quietly drain the soul when we spend our lives caring for others while neglecting our own mind, body, and spirit. In this practical and reflective session, Rev. Dr. Mike Medeiros will help leaders recognize the warning signs of burnout and rediscover God’s gift of Sabbath as an essential rhythm for a healthy life of leadership. Participants will be invited to honestly evaluate their current pace, renew their understanding of rest, and begin forming sustainable habits that allow them to lead others from a place of spiritual health, relational wholeness, and long-term faithfulness.

Fear and the Market Place:

How Our Genesis 3 Muscle Memory is Killing Our Kingdom Activity

Speaker: Dr. Jason Miller, Adjunct Professor, Biola University
Being Offered: Session 1 & 2
“Fear and the Marketplace” explores the “Genesis 3 muscle memory” that still shapes how we live, lead, and work. Since the fall, humanity has instinctively hidden behind fear, shame, and self-protection—separating the sacred from the ordinary. This instinct causes many to treat business as spiritually secondary, forgetting the priesthood of all believers. This session invites leaders out of hiding and into a fearless Kingdom imagination where work becomes worship, and leaders build with courage.

For the One: From Community to Commission

Speaker: Pastor Ron Aramburo, Pastor Leah Klingseis, O&A Discipleship/Community Team
Audience: Required for Community Group Leaders and YA Community Mentors/Co-Leads
Being Offered: Session 2 & 3
Community is not just where people gather—it is where disciples are formed, leaders are raised, and people are equipped to bring those far from God near. In this required breakout, Community Group Leaders and YA Community Mentors will receive the vision for For the One, our all-church curriculum designed to move people from knowing the gospel, to being shaped by the gospel, to living as witnesses for the one God is calling them to reach. Together, we will explore how every group can become part of ONE&ALL’s discipleship movement: leaders modeling a life worth following, disciples sharing Christ, and disciples making disciples.

Teams that Thrive: Collaborative Leadership for Disciple-Making Leaders

Speaker: Dr. Ryan T. Hartwig
Audience: By invitation only - ONE&ALL Staff and Ministry Leads
Being offered: Session 2
A disciple-making movement will only be as healthy as the teams entrusted to lead it. In this invitation-only breakout for ONE&ALL staff and ministry leads, Dr. Ryan Hartwig will help leaders examine the practices that allow ministry teams not just to function, but to thrive together with clarity, trust, shared purpose, and collaborative strength. Rooted in Teams That Thrive: Five Disciplines of Collaborative Church Leadership, this session will challenge leaders to build teams that embody the heart of LeadCon 2026: disciples who lead, leaders who disciple, and teams who multiply Christlike influence together.
